Everstone-backed Wingify raises ₹1,381 cr via rights issue

Everstone-backed Delhi-based SaaS firm Wingify Software Private Ltd raised around ₹1,381 crore through a rights issue, with participation from existing investors following its majority acquisition in 2025. Wingify, co-founded by Paras Chopra, said the funding is aimed at supporting growth, global presence and product capabilities. Wingify also allotted 1,07,439 equity shares under ESOP in 2025.
