Every 3rd criminal or terrorist wanted in India hiding in US

According to the data of extradition requests provided by the government in the Parliament, nearly one in every three criminals or terrorists wanted in India is hiding in the US. Of the 178 extradition requests made by India in last five years, 65 are under consideration by US, the government stated. India has successfully extradited 23 fugitives.
