Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella opened up about the future of the enterprises in an AI-driven economy. "Every company [must] build…human capital and token capital. Human capital comprises the knowledge, judgement, relationships…while token capital is the firm's AI capability it builds and owns," Nadella said. "Importantly, human capital does not become less valuable as token capital grows," he added.
