Every person or authority should respect & comply with orders: SC

The Supreme Court held that, regardless of their rank, every person is duty-bound to respect and comply with the orders of the Constitutional Court. It upheld the conviction of a Tehsildar under the Contempt of Courts Act for demolishing the structures of the home dwellers and throwing them on the road despite the Andhra Pradesh HC's specific warnings against it.
