Every Tom, Dick & Harry giving orders: X as govt orders removal of clip of woman driving on tracks

Elon Musk-owned X challenged an order by Railways Ministry, which directed it to remove a video showing a woman driving her car on rail tracks. X urged Karnataka High Court to shield it from takedown orders issued by "every Tom, Dick and Harry officer". The platform argued that the video was news, yet the ministry declared it to be unlawful.
