Everyone disowned my father after his film flopped, he was almost in tears: Anil Kapoor

Actor Anil Kapoor revealed that everybody "deserted and disowned" his father Surinder Kapoor after a film produced by him and starring Rajesh Khanna flopped at box office. "He was travelling from Delhi...he went to Bangalore...and there was no one there to receive him at...airport,” Anil added. “That was shocking...I could see he was very vulnerable, almost in tears,” he stated.
