Everything is normal in J&K, schools open, no students: Chidambaram

Congress leader P Chidambaram on Monday tweeted, "Everything is normal in J&K. Schools open, no students. Everything is normal in J&K. Internet shut down once again." This comes after reports said that several government-run schools were reopened in Jammu and Kashmir, but not many students were seen inside classrooms. Mobile internet services were also snapped in Jammu region on Sunday.
