EVMs may not have been manipulated, but can be swapped: TMC's Abhishek

After TMC lost West Bengal Assembly polls, TMC leader Abhishek Banerjee said that a fact-finding committee will be formed to examine alleged discrepancies in EVMs used in the elections. "Votes cast within the EVMs themselves may not have been manipulated...but EVMs can be swapped," he said. He added that EC should release CCTV footage from 12 pm to 6 pm.
