Ex-Barcelona midfielder Coutinho joins Neymar at Santos after 7 months without a club

Former Barcelona midfielder Philippe Coutinho has joined Brazilian club Santos on a free transfer after spending seven months without a club. The 34-year-old has signed until the end of 2026 and will reunite with former Brazil teammate Neymar, who reportedly played a key role in convincing Coutinho to join Santos. Coutinho left Brazilian club Vasco da Gama in February.
