Ex-Bengal sports minister Biswas summoned in Messi event chaos case

Police have summoned former West Bengal sports minister Aroop Biswas for questioning over the alleged chaos at the footballer Lionel Messi event after he failed to appear before investigators. The summons follows an FIR accusing him of ticket black marketing, extortion and cheating. The event at Salt Lake Stadium reportedly descended into disorder due to overcrowding and security lapses.
