Former CBI director M Nageswara Rao has been elected national president of the Sarvajan Sanatan Party (SSP). He announced his new role at a press conference in Varanasi, describing it as a new responsibility. Rao, a four-decade IPS veteran from Telangana, said he entered politics to serve national and societal interests using his administrative experience.
