Ex-CIA officer ranks top spy agencies on power, assassinations

Andrew Bustamante, a former CIA officer, dropped some major intel on the top spy agencies. He ranked CIA, Mossad, MSS, RAW, and ISI across three categories. When it comes to assassinations, Mossad tops the list, with ISI and RAW following closely, but for overall power, China's MSS takes the cake, with CIA a close second, he further said.
