Ex-Japan PM Shinzo Abe's widow breaks down as Abe Memorial Corridor opens in Varanasi

Akie Abe, widow of ex-Japanese PM Shinzo Abe, inaugurated the Abe Memorial Corridor along with UP CM Yogi Adityanath in Varanasi. She became emotional while recalling her husband’s 2015 visit to Kashi, when he attended the Ganga Aarti with PM Narendra Modi. She said Shinzo Abe revered Ganga and she had long wished to visit the sacred city of Kashi.
