Ex-Kanpur rehab staff held for leaking minor's CCTV footage

Vipin Adani, a 26-year-old former employee of a Kanpur special school for differently-abled students, was arrested for allegedly sending CCTV footage of a deaf-mute minor girl to her father after being dismissed in May. Cases under POCSO and IT Act were registered. Police say he intended to defame the institution.
