Ex-Meta CTO jumps out of Waymo car after it moves 'erratically'

Mike Schroepfer, former CTO at Meta, took to X to describe a self-driving Waymo car ride that suddenly pulled over and stopped before an intersection in rainy conditions. "[I] had a scary Waymo ride…[It] started moving erratically so I jumped out of the car while the light was red," Schroepfer said. "Calling support from car didn’t work," he added.
