Ex-Meta employee being investigated for saving 30,000 private pics

A former employee at Meta is under criminal investigation in the UK over allegedly saving around 30,000 private images from Facebook. The employee reportedly designed a program to access the images and bypass security checks. Meta discovered the breach over a year ago, upon which the company fired the employee and referred the matter to the police, BBC reported.
