Ex-MLA caught at Delhi hotel during ED raid, video shows him being pinned down

A video has shown former Haryana Congress MLA Dharam Singh Chhoker being caught while trying to escape arrest during an ED raid at a five-star hotel in Delhi. Chhoker, who has seven non-bailable warrants against him, was partying at Shangri-La Hotel, when the ED team reached there to arrest him. Chhoker was seen being pinned down by an official.
