EC should revise forms: Ex-Navy Chief after getting SIR notice

Ex-Navy chief Admiral Arun Prakash (retd) said SIR forms should be revised if they fail to reflect information given by citizens. His comments came after EC asked him to attend a meeting to prove his identity under SIR. He said BLO visited him and his wife thrice and both were asked to appear on different dates, 18 km away.
