Ex-Real Madrid defender Carvajal joins La Liga side Getafe as free agent

Ex-Real Madrid defender Dani Carvajal has joined La Liga side Getafe on a free transfer, signing a contract until the end of the season. The 34-year-old left Real Madrid in June after 13 seasons, making 451 appearances and winning 27 major trophies, including six Champions League titles. Carvajal has also won Euro 2024 and UEFA Nations League 2023 with Spain.
