Ex-Twitter Chairman Omid says Musk refusing to cash his $20-mn shares

Former Twitter Chairman Omid Kordestani has sued X, claiming that the platform's owner Elon Musk is refusing to cash out shares worth over $20 million he's owed. Kordestani's lawyers said X is seeking to "reap the benefits of Kordestani's seven years of service to Twitter without paying him for it". Before Twitter, Kordestani was a longtime business leader at Google.
