Ex-UK PM Boris Johnson says he felt 'astral energy' when he 1st met PM Modi

Former UK PM Boris Johnson recalled his first meeting with PM Narendra Modi in his upcoming memoir. "[PM Modi] raised my arm and chanted something or other in Hindi, and though I couldn't follow it I felt his curious astral energy," he wrote. He added that he has enjoyed PM Modi's company since then and called him a "change-maker".
