Ex-Venezuelan Prez's wife seeks release from NYC jail, says she suffered heart attack in July
Ex-Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro’s wife, Cilia Flores, will appear in US court on Thursday, where her lawyers will urge a judge to release her from jail and place her under house arrest due to heart problems. Her lawyers said she may have suffered a minor heart attack in July. Flores and Maduro have been held in New York since January.
