Ex-Amazon employee jailed for involvement in bribery scheme in US

A former Amazon employee has been sentenced to 10 months in prison for his involvement in a bribery scheme aimed at manipulating Amazon's marketplace. Rohit Kadimisetty used "inside knowledge to recruit employees in India to misuse their employee privileges", the US Justice Department said. He stole confidential business information about Amazon algorithms and reinstated suspended accounts.
