Ex-Axis Capital CEO, other investors to acquire IDFC Securities

Ex-Axis Capital CEO Dharmesh Mehta and other investors will be acquiring 100% stake in IDFC Securities, IDFC group's broking and research business. This comes after previous buyer TCG Group and IDFC called off their deal to sell IDFC Securities, which was made in February. The agreement will be signed shortly and conclude on the receipt of necessary regulatory approvals.
