Ex-BJP MP from HP's Hamirpur Suresh Chandel joins Congress

Former three-time BJP MP from Himachal Pradesh's Hamirpur constituency Suresh Chandel on Monday joined the Congress in the presence of party President Rahul Gandhi. Himachal Pradesh Congress President Kuldeep Singh Rathore and the party's state in-charge Rajani Patil were also present during the occasion. Chandel had represented Hamirpur constituency in the 12th, 13th and 14th Lok Sabha.
