Ex-BSF official among 5 held guilty in 2006 J&K sex scandal

A CBI court on Wednesday held five people, including a former BSF deputy inspector general and former deputy superintendent of police, guilty of rape in a 2006 J&K sex scandal case. The scandal had surfaced after a pornographic CD involving a 15-year-old was handed over to the police. Police had subsequently booked the racket's kingpin, who was running a brothel.
