Ex-England head coach Andy Flower leaves ECB after 12 years

Former Zimbabwe cricketer and former England team head coach Andy Flower is leaving the England and Wales Cricket Board after 12 years. Flower led England team to the number one Test ranking in the world, victory at the 2010 World Twenty20 and Ashes success in Australia in 2010-11. "It's been a real privilege," said Flower.
