Ex-Facebook moderator sues Meta over working conditions in Kenya

A former moderator working for Meta has filed a lawsuit against it alleging poor working conditions for contracted content moderators in Kenya. The suit alleges workers moderating Facebook posts have been subjected to unreasonable working conditions including irregular pay and inadequate mental health support. Meta's local outsourcing company Sama has been sued as well.
