Ex-Google exec's EV charging startup TeraWatt raises over $1 billion

TeraWatt Infrastructure, a San Francisco-based startup that builds electric vehicle charging infrastructure for fleets, said it has secured over $1 billion in a Series A round. Vision Ridge Partners participated in the round alongside existing investors Keyframe Capital and Cyrus Capital. The startup, founded in 2018, is headed by Neha Palmer, Google's former Head of Energy Strategy.
