Ex-India player pips Kohli's coach, named women's team coach

Former Indian team spinner Ramesh Powar, from Mumbai, has been named as the Indian women's cricket team coach from a list of six candidates that included Virat Kohli's childhood coach Raj Kumar Sharma. Powar, who had been brought in as the interim coach of the women's team last month, has been handed the position till November's World T20 championship.
