Ex-Mayor Sampath Raj granted conditional bail in B'luru riots case

The Karnataka High Court on Friday granted conditional bail to former Bengaluru Mayor and Congress leader R Sampath Raj in connection with Bengaluru's DJ Halli riots case. According to the bail conditions, Raj will have to cooperate in the trial, not tamper with evidence and not leave the city without obtaining prior permission from the trial court.
