Ex-minister Aslam Khan offers to replace Rahul as Cong chief

Former union minister and hockey Olympian Aslam Sher Khan has offered to replace Rahul Gandhi as Congress chief for two years. Khan, who wrote a letter to Rahul, stated, "Congress needs a makeover and it needs to be realigned with the nationalist identity." He said he's suited for the job based on his experience as a politician and a player.
