Ex-Netflix exec gets 30 months prison for accepting bribes in US

Former Netflix executive Michael Kail was sentenced to 30 months in federal prison for taking bribes and kickbacks from tech companies to approve contracts with Netflix in the US. Kail allegedly accepted over $500,000 in kickbacks in exchange for approving contracts for nine tech companies between February 2012-July 2014. He was ordered to forfeit $700,000 and pay a $50,000 fine.
