Exoplanet Beta Pictoris b has field 200x stronger than Jupiter's

Beta Pictoris b has a magnetic field over 200 times stronger than Jupiter's, detected via radio emissions using MeerKAT's 64-dish array in South Africa. Astronomer Joseph Callingham says this confirms exoplanets can have far stronger magnetic fields than expected, opening new avenues to study distant worlds.
