Expect NCLT nod on Air India merger soon: Vistara's Vinod to staff

Vistara CEO Vinod Kannan said the airline expects to get the National Company Law Tribunal's approval for its merger with Air India shortly. "The approval from NCLT is...in advanced stages," Kannan told employees in a letter seen by NDTV Profit. He also said the airline is working on the concerns of pilots regarding the new contract.
