Expected from Class 7-fail person: Kishor on Bihar CM’s ‘crime & apradh’ remark

Reacting to Bihar CM Samrat Choudhary's remark that "crime can happen" in state but "not apradh", Jan Suraaj Party founder Prashant Kishor said, "When a person who has failed Class 7 is made...leader...such statements can be expected." Kishor stated that the CM Choudhary gives people an opportunity to laugh every five to ten days through his remarks.
