Experts identify 104 landslide-prone areas in Karnataka’s Kodagu

About 250 kilometres from Bengaluru, Kodagu or Coorg is a popular monsoon getaway in Karnataka. The Kodagu district administration has identified 104 landslide-prone areas and has issued notices to 2,995 families to relocate to safer areas. This has caused substantial financial losses for local businesses, hotels, and homestays in the area.
