Explosion in apartment building leaves 20 injured in Sweden

Up to 20 people were injured in an explosion at an apartment building in Sweden's Gothenburg city on Tuesday, the police and rescue workers said. "It was probably the loudest thing I heard. The whole apartment vibrated. The bed vibrated," a resident said. The police are probing whether an explosive device was placed at the scene.
