External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar's mother passes away

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Saturday announced the passing away of his mother Sulochana Subrahmanyam. "We ask her friends and well-wishers to keep her in their thoughts. Our family is especially grateful to all those who supported her during her illness," the minister tweeted. Health Minister Harsh Vardhan paid condolences and said, "Her memories shall never fade."
