Ex-Tesla exec's smart electric panel startup Span raises $10.2M

Former head of product for Tesla Energy Arch Padmanabhan Rao-led smart electric panel startup Span has raised $10.2 million. Ths San Francisco-based startup's product combines control of electric vehicle chargers, solar and storage systems with one, integrated device instead of several separate systems. Rao worked at Tesla from 2013 to 2018 and was behind its Powerwall home energy storage.
