Ex-Uber exec's logistics startup raises $31 mn, aims to fight COVID-19

Ex-Uber executive Tiger Fang's logistics startup Kargo has raised $31 million funding from Sequoia India, Tenaya Capital, among others, to help firms in Indonesia fight coronavirus. Kargo has created a $1 million relief fund for truckers and partnered with charities to deliver meals and medical supplies. Fang has forgone his salary for 2021 while employees have contributed their salaries.
