Ex-UP CM Kalyan Singh awarded Padma Vibhushan posthumously

Former UP Chief Minister late Kalyan Singh was awarded India's second-highest civilian award, the Padma Vibhushan, posthumously on Monday. His son Rajveer Singh collected the award on his behalf from President Ram Nath Kovind. The former BJP leader was elected as the UP CM twice, in 1991 and 1997, and had also been a member of the Parliament.
