Ex-US Presidents Obama, Bush, Clinton wish Biden success in video

Former US Presidents Barack Obama, George W Bush and Bill Clinton have recorded a joint video to wish Joe Biden, the 46th US President, a successful term. Bush, a Republican, said that the joint message "speaks to the institutional integrity of our country", while Obama said that despite differences, "as Americans, we have more in common than what separates us".
