Ex-US Secy of State & Republican Powell endorses Democrat Biden over Trump

Former US Secretary of State and Republican Colin Powell said that he'll be voting for Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden. Powell also said that US President Donald Trump, who is a Republican Party member, has "drifted away" from the US Constitution. Powell further said that Trump has not been an effective president and he lies "all the time".
