ExxonMobil to increase pay of top officials, CEO to get $1.88 mn

US oil company ExxonMobil will increase the annual base pay of top executives, the firm said. The company's compensation committee approved increasing the annual salary of CEO Darren Woods to $1.88 million from $1.70 million this year, according to a filing. The company's CFO, Kathryn Mikells, will receive a base pay of $1.22 million in 2023.
