EY employee worked 16 hrs/day, got poor rating as senior took credit: Ex-employee

A former audit senior at EY told the Indian Express that a person they knew worked for 15-16 hours daily during the peak season. The person still got a poor rating because her senior took all the credit, the audit senior revealed. Several former EY employees have spoken about the work culture after a 26-year-old employee, Anna Sebastian, died.
