Facebook AI turns people in videos into game characters

Facebook's Artificial Intelligence (AI) Research team has developed an AI that turns real people from videos into playable game characters. It analyses videos of people doing specific actions and recreates the characters and actions in any environment and allows users to control them with a joystick. The team said characters may even be extracted from YouTube videos.
