Facebook COO praises B'luru woman who helped women return to work amid COVID

Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg praised a Bengaluru woman named Sphoorti who helped women who quit their work after being unable to strike a work-life balance amid COVID-19. Sphoorti, who works with Sandberg's non-profit Lean In, reached out to those women's husbands and family members. "Almost all women who left their workplaces are now working full time," Sandberg wrote on Instagram.
