Facebook Dating launches in Europe after 8-month delay

Facebook has launched its dating service, Facebook Dating, in 32 European countries after the initial launch in February was postponed due to regulatory concerns. Ireland's Data Protection Commission (DPC) had raised concerns saying no documentation regarding data protection impact assessment had been provided to them. Facebook Dating is available within the Facebook app as an opt-in feature.
