Facebook hires ex-Vine GM for new experimental apps division

Facebook has hired former Vine GM Jason Toff as the Project Management Director for its recently announced experimental apps division, New Product Experimentation (NPE) Team. Toff left Vine in 2016 and was most recently working for Google as a Partner for its Area 120 incubator, where employees work on experimental projects. Toff will be joining Facebook in next two weeks.
